Our Services and purchases are currently intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By using our Services or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, shipping address, billing information, and payment information when using our Services or placing an order.

You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for any activity carried out using your account or information.

2. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, specifications, and features as accurately as possible.

However, actual products, individual items, colors, shades, packaging, appearance, arrangements, and other visual details may differ from the images or videos displayed on our website, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials.

Differences may also occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, editing, device displays, product batches, or other factors.

Some individual items included inside our kits may be available in multiple colors. Customers cannot select the color of individual items inside a kit. Where applicable, such colors will be selected and provided randomly.

For example, an individual item such as a multipurpose folder may be available in multiple colors, and the color received may differ from the one shown in product images or videos.

Such variations do not constitute a defect or incorrect product where the item supplied is otherwise the same product described and ordered.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, packaging, or product offerings from time to time.

3. Intended Use of Products

Our products and individual kit components should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided with the product.

Customers are responsible for using individual products appropriately and safely.

MIRACLISTIC is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, negligence, or use contrary to the intended purpose or provided instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product(s).

MIRACLISTIC reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order based on availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other legitimate reasons.

An order is considered accepted once MIRACLISTIC confirms the order and successfully processes the applicable payment.

All orders are prepaid. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing payment.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you using the information provided with your order and take the appropriate action.

All exchanges or replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are separate and will be added to the order as applicable.

Prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any applicable errors or promotional terms.

We may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers from time to time. Such offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All payments are processed through applicable third-party payment service providers. MIRACLISTIC does not store complete payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

MIRACLISTIC currently ships within India only.

Orders are generally delivered within 14 days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location, courier serviceability, operational conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

MIRACLISTIC is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, technical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

MIRACLISTIC does not offer general returns or refunds.

Eligible products may qualify for an exchange or replacement after review and approval by MIRACLISTIC.

Claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible products must be submitted within the applicable period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may submit reviews, feedback, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, or other content relating to MIRACLISTIC (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content to MIRACLISTIC, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;

  • The content does not violate the rights of another person or entity;

  • You have the necessary permission from any identifiable person appearing in the content.

By submitting User Content, you grant MIRACLISTIC permission to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, adapt, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, advertising, website, social media, and business purposes, without additional compensation, unless otherwise agreed.

MIRACLISTIC’s online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store. However, purchases made through our website are transactions between you and MIRACLISTIC.

Shopify is not the seller of MIRACLISTIC products and is not responsible for the products purchased from MIRACLISTIC.
